Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds\n\n### 7.1 Billing\n\nPaid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.\n\n### 7.2 Cancellation\n\nYou may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.\n\n### 7.3 Refunds\n\nWe do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of your paid period.\n\n### 7.4 Data After Cancellation\n\nAfter cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data and reports. Credits are not legal tender or currency; are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value (except where required by law); have no equivalent value in fiat currency; and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person or account.\n\n### 8.2 Credit Pricing and Module Costs\n\nCredits may be purchased in packs or included as part of a subscription plan. The price of credit packs and subscription plans is set by MCP Analytics and may be changed at any time. Changes to credit pack prices do not affect previously purchased credits.\n\nEach analysis module has an assigned credit cost, which reflects the computational complexity and resources required to generate the report. The credit cost is displayed before each analysis is initiated. By running an analysis, you agree to the displayed credit cost being deducted from your balance.\n\n### 8.3 Non-Refundable\n\nAll credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe a credit was deducted in error (e.g., a report failed to generate due to a system error), you may request a credit adjustment by contacting support@mcpanalytics.ai within 7 days of the charge.\n\n### 8.4 Credit Expiration\n\nCredits purchased through credit packs do not expire. Credits included as part of a monthly subscription plan reset each billing cycle; unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.\n\n### 8.5 Free Credits\n\nNew users receive a one-time grant of free credits upon account creation. Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits and do not expire. Bundles do not expire. Each report in a bundle uses the AI model tier associated with the bundle type. Unused bundle reports remain available indefinitely.\n\n### 8.7 Account Termination and Credits\n\nUpon account termination, any remaining purchased credits are forfeited. If you cancel a subscription, your subscription benefits end at the end of the current billing period, but any remaining purchased (non-subscription) credits and unused bundle reports remain available.\n\n### 8.8 Right to Modify\n\nMCP Analytics reserves the right to modify credit pricing, module credit costs, subscription plans, bundle pricing, and the credit system at any time. User Data and Privacy\n\n### 9.1 Data Ownership\n\nYou retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service. Different subscription tiers use different AI model versions, which may affect the depth and quality of generated insights. We do not use your data to train our AI models. Anthropic, our AI provider, does not use API-submitted data for model training under their commercial terms.\n\n---\n\n## 10. Connected Data Sources\n\n### 10.1 Authorization\n\nYou may authorize MCP Analytics to connect to third-party services (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Shopify, or Stripe) on your behalf using OAuth2 or API credentials. By authorizing a connection, you represent that you have the right to access the data in those accounts and grant MCP Analytics permission to retrieve and process it.\n\n### 10.2 Credential Storage\n\nConnection credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored separately from your analysis data. You may revoke any connection at any time through your account settings, which permanently deletes the stored credentials.\n\n### 10.3 Data from Connected Sources\n\nData retrieved from connected sources is subject to the same processing, retention, and privacy terms as data you upload directly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from external services.
